The Board of Directors of the House of Hope Delaware (HOH-DE), an affiliate of National House of Hope, is pleased to announce their new Executive Director Pastor Rob Brown who comes to HOH-DE from Central Worship Center (CWC) in Laurel where he has acted as Youth and Family Pastor for over five years.  He and his wife Sharon have two children, Kyle and Paige, who reside in Laurel.  In his role as youth pastor, he has ministered to and impacted the lives of countless youth and their families.   As an extension of his ministry, he is involve with Delmarva Christian High School (DCHS), where he life coaches youth and families as well as plans and serves in mission projects.  "P Rob", as he is affectionately known,  views his new position as an opportunity to greater serve and reach area youth and their families who are in need.  During his last five years of ministry, he believes God has been preparing him for such a time viewing his role as a catalyst.  Working with area churches, schools and organizations; Pastor Rob plans to execute a threefold model - bring them in, heal them up and send them out.   Along with individual and family counseling, the successful implementation of this model involves leadership training, discipleship training and ministry training.  The outcome - young people all over Delaware having their lives mended and their families restored.  The impact - young people will begin to minister to others and lead their generation.
